Tres Canadas

 To begin with, who and what is 'The Three Canyons'?

This property began as a private estate with a beautiful home situated in the middle of the property. It was designed to have horses run freely throughout.

Through a period of negotiation two of our own very well known architects teamed with a well known family and one of the finest Notarios in Guadalajara and created the idea of Tres Canadas.

This gated community is being designed to be the premier property in the Ajijic area. This beautiful mountain and valley site will have 120 home sites, most with breath taking views of Mexico's largest lake, Chapala.

The property not only will be gated for security but will have a staff to ensure your needs are met. There already exists the soccer field and stables for the equestrian center. The clubhouse, with pool and tennis courts is to be started soon.

And a 'Bed & Breakfast Hotel' is on the drawing boards to take care of all the expected guests 'Tres Canadas' residents will have.

Our construction methods will consist of the finest materials used in the traditional brick construction. Boveda ceilings, satillo tile, and custom iron work will be standard as well as miradores and modern kitchens with computer and satellite access.

Please view the prints of our first home. It will be a 3,500 sq ft home, will have the option with pool, and be completed in 2007.

The concept of 'Tres Canadas' is unique to Ajijic. We have many beautiful areas of fine homes, but this is the first planned developed community to commit itself to residents as being totally unique with it's views and amenities for the owners.

If you choose

to purchase here, you will need to start construction by a certain time, and you will need to be completed by a specific date also. All plans will need to be approved in advance and meet the criteria for being part of 'Tres Canadas'.

Each phase of development will be supervised completely to insure the best construction and value of property for the residents and investors.
